We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Consultant to join our team in the SAP Implementation space. As a Functional Lead, you will play a key role in delivering successful solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions and work closely with the technical team to implement them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor our services to meet those needs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project execution and delivery

Requirements:

  • Masters in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
