Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical adjustments on new or refurbished elevators and escalators, with a focus on OTIS equipment
- Develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Report and recommend improvements for equipment performance
- Completed high school education and technical training in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, and electronics
- Knowledge of safety protocols and training in NR10 and NR35
- Previous experience in maintenance and customer service for elevators and escalators is an asset
