We are seeking an experienced Cash Management Solutions Executive Director to lead our relationships with Latin American subsidiaries of global corporate clients in Brazil. As part of the Latin America Subsidiary Banking team, you will manage key client relationships and develop strategic partnerships with multinational clients across cash management, trade, FX & rates, commodities, and financing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have +15 years of corporate banking experience, with a strong focus on building and expanding Treasurer/CFO relationships with multinational clients in Brazil. You will be responsible for creating forward-looking business plans, conducting comprehensive client analysis, and developing concrete financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and expand relationships with multinational clients in Brazil, focusing on origination of corporate banking opportunities
- Develop active dialogue at headquarter and local levels, educating clients on corporate banking capabilities
- Partner with headquarter bankers and product specialists to identify new business opportunities and collaborate on deal execution
- Create forward-looking business plans for existing and prospective clients
- Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with corporate banking products
