Reliability Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering professional to maintain equipment availability by ensuring all preventative and corrective maintenance is conducted, and internal processes and procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in reliability engineering, with experience in managing vendors and teams. They will be responsible for delivering high levels of equipment availability, ensuring safety standards are met, and implementing preventive maintenance procedures.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our Amazon Operations team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of operations. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of vendors to ensure they are working safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Work with the wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
- Support the implementation of safety and statutory compliance programs to maintain network standards.
- Organize training programs for the team of vendors to ensure sufficient technical coverage is available.
- Strong technical background in reliability engineering.
- Experience in managing vendors and teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team management and budget responsibility experience.
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics.
