Brazil Data Collection Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced operations professional to oversee the day-to-day activities at various data collection facilities throughout Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the OFC manager in ensuring compliance with all requirements of the contract and meeting expectations of the supported US Post.
- Supervise entire OFC operations, guaranteeing accurate and timely processing of biometric related data and documents.
- Develop and implement visa application processes to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications.
- Provide regular reports according to predetermined schedules, including monthly templates/reports for Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monthly status reports, and other ad-hoc reports as required by the client, Post, and/or CSRA.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to support OFC operations, address performance issues, and develop/implement corrective actions.
- Manage facility-related matters, including physical and personnel security.
- Manage labor, facility, and expense budgets under the direction of the CSRA Operations Manager.
- Manage Information Technology (IT) operations, ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Act as a representative of the Operations Manager when they are on vacation or leave.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience in supervisory and people management, facility management, and vendor management is essential.
- Fluency in English (speak, read, write) and Portuguese is required.
- Able to pass security background investigations, but do not have to be US citizens.
