Sales Operations Analyst

At Speedcast, we're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing reporting for strategic sales initiatives, product Sales Order Forms, and supporting the Senior Sales Operations Analyst with other sales operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting for strategic sales initiatives and product Sales Order Forms
  • Support the Senior Sales Operations Analyst with other sales operations activities, including pipeline management, renewal tracking, and closing out orders in CRM
  • Ensure data integrity and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Lead the reporting efforts for key product sales, commission reporting, and coordinating updates for the product SOF

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of related professional experience
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Innovative, solving problems creatively with a positive can-do attitude
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamic CRM, sales processes, and CRM best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload and multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven team player
