Regional Sales and Business Development Director

This key role is responsible for driving all sales and business development activities for Technosoft Automotive Retail Solutions across regional countries. The successful candidate will develop and implement a Go-To-Market plan to build the business, acquire new customer accounts, and maintain and upsell to existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a market strategy to drive sales and business growth in regional countries
- Map out the market, identify target customers, and develop a value proposition for Technosoft's solution
- Research automotive organizations and decision-makers online to identify new leads and opportunities
- Drive sales processes, develop quotations, and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with the support of the pre-sales team and marketing
- Develop a network of partners and agents for market development and lead generation
- Maintain relationships with C-Level executives, IT leaders, and other relevant influencers
- Meet corporate sales targets and drive business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Understanding of the automotive retail industry, challenges, and trends
- Knowledge and experience of dealer management systems and CRM systems
- Strong relationship and human interaction skills, commercial acumen, and ability to multitask
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience in sales of enterprise-level IT solutions with experience in the automotive retail industry
