BeOne Medicines is a rapidly growing company with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. Our mission is to fight cancer, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Human Resources in Latin America.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the overall human resources strategy aligned with global business goals for organizations in Latin America, including Commercial and Clinical Operations.
  2. Partner with the business to identify and drive growth strategies and manage all HR-related topics for new country setups.
  3. Develop and implement HR processes and programs in collaboration with global centers of excellence.
  4. Collaborate with leaders on organization design and development initiatives.
  5. Coach leaders and promote culture, talent, and employee development based on local needs aligned with global strategy.
  6. Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in Latin America, answering questions and providing guidance.
  7. Lead global HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and equity planning within designated groups.
  8. Provide strategic insights through people data to guide workforce planning and business strategies.
  9. Address business concerns proactively, collaborate with Centers of Excellence, and develop programs to support the people strategy.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive optimization in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Act as a change agent, coaching leaders to manage change effectively.

This individual will be responsible for full-spectrum HR partnership and support for Latin America and will report to the Executive Director of HR, located in California.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in Latin America for Commercial and Clinical Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years or Master's degree with 7+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
  • Ability to manage diverse requirements from operational to strategic levels.
  • Extensive experience in organization development and talent management, with a track record of implementing effective people management programs.
  • Experience guiding organizational issues and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with management and implementing strategies.
  • Strong alignment with company values and ability to demonstrate them proactively.
  • Leadership in change efforts and adaptability in a fluid environment.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
