Brazilian Business Analysis and Performance Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.
About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for developing effective performance management systems, monitoring business progress and providing strategic recommendations to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Performance Evaluation Systems:
- Develop systems to measure business goals and strategic orientation based on frontline teams.
- Lead Special Research and Performance Reviews:
- Conduct research and reviews on key topics to accumulate business insights and drive growth.
- Promptly Interpret Business Progress:
- Accurately attribute issues and provide strategic recommendations to ensure business success.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis preferred.
- Business acumen, excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools like SQL.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to effectively coordinate resources across departments.
- Passion for international business and open-mindedness to accept overseas assignments in Brazil.
