Logistics System Manager

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the development and maintenance of a logistics system for equipment movement worldwide.

This position involves managing the lifecycle of logistics equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage stock, forecast, and supply of equipment
  • Coordinate global equipment delivery and return
  • Manage and track tickets for shipments
  • Support equipment purchases and logistics coordination
  • Handle hardware depot inventories
  • Oversee full product lifecycle (shipment, updates, packaging, legal clearance)
  • Ensure compliance with export/import regulations in coordination with trade compliance and 3PLs
  • Conduct or supervise warehouse inventory counts
  • Optimize inventory movement and procedures
  • Manage shipment requests and provide status updates

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5 years of experience in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management
  • 2+ years of domain experience in Hardware Operations
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting
