Job Description:

The Database Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving area, reporting directly to PSP's Data Management Associate and the Individual Giving Officer. This role entails providing support for the daily operational processes through report preparation with key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Servicing the daily operations by preparing reports with KPIs.
  • Creation of segmentation lists for vendors, as well as data updating and cleansing.
  • Ensuring access to accurate and reliable information for strategic planning and decision-making.

This position also involves supporting new projects and system integrations such as CRM migration and potential changes to the donation billing structure.
