- 5+ years of experience in product or project management within a software team.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working with development teams.
- Fluent English required for international collaboration.
- Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work.
- Capacity to operate independently while keeping the broader team informed and aligned.
