Job Description

This is a key role for a senior project coordinator who drives customer satisfaction and contributes to innovative technology projects in a complex technical environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources.

  • Create, monitor, and manage complex project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and installation of topside and subsea field equipment during tender and execution of both technology development and customer execution projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of project schedules from tender through to execution.
  • Prepare and perform quantitative schedule risk analysis.
  • Recognize opportunities and risks and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigations that will ensure project delivery on time and budget.
  • Prepare and present schedule reviews and provide schedule status updates and ensure that key messages are communicated and understood at all levels of the business.
  • Review planning and project administration specifications and work collaboratively with partners to ensure flawless execution of planning processes.
  • Contribute as a team member or lead small projects. Work goals will typically take 1-3 months to complete, and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 6-18 months after the event.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with experience in Project Management).
  • Have experience in Subsea Oil & Gas Projects.
  • Have experience in Project Planning.
  • Be an Experienced Primavera P6 User.
  • Be fluent in English and Portuguese.

Preferred capabilities include experience in Oracle PRA or OPC Risk tools, customer-facing positions, contract review and negotiation, Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Apps, Cleopatra, Active Risk Manager, and Xaitporter.
