Senior Credit and Risk Associate

This role is part of the O2C, Credit & Risk team and reports to the team leader.
- Manage risk classes and customer limits, maintaining a watch list of high-risk customers, monitoring existing customer credit, and making recommendations for bad debt reserves as required.
- Solve credit-related queries and cooperate with an insurance company to evaluate risk.
- Analyze customers' financial reports and manage order releases, liaising with CS and Logistics departments.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by management or markets.
- At least 3-4 years of overall experience in O2C, with at least 2 years in Credit & Risk.
- SAP knowledge and fluency in written and oral English.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, analytical approach, and problem-solving skills.
