Drive Medical Innovation as Oncology MSL Manager


Making a difference in healthcare is at the heart of our organization's mission. As part of our Medical Affairs team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of medical innovation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to foster collaboration among healthcare professionals and drive informed treatment decisions for patients.
  • Connect business strategy with medical expertise through a deep understanding of local medical practices and product strategies, identifying key opportunities and influential thought leaders.
  • Collect and translate customer insights into actionable items, informing internal stakeholders and driving decision-making within the organization.
  • Ensure the MSL team executes the field Medical Sciences Plan, establishing standards and metrics for the MSL function and minimizing operational risks.
  • Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), enhancing our organization's reputation, scientific standing, and contributions to patient care within the therapeutic area.
  • Facilitate scientific training and development for the MSL team, defining policies to standardize activities and minimize operational risks.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an MSL.
  • Master's degree.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Available to travel 50% of the time.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, academic research, or healthcare.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, negotiation, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to maintain peer-to-peer relationships with leading specialists.
