Compassionate Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our hospice care team. As a compassionate and dedicated nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families, providing much-needed support and guidance during a challenging time.
Required Skills and Qualifications- One year of nursing experience.
- Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
