Job Title: Early Years Educational Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to join our team in a challenging early years role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on new challenges, develop their skills and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the early years team in planning, implementing and assessing learning experiences based on school policies and individual student needs.
  • To monitor and analyze student progress, collecting evidence and defining actions to improve performance.
  • To develop strategies to promote improvement and engagement of students, based on observation and evidence collection.
  • To promote differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties and supervise the work of teaching assistants in adapting activities.
  • To evaluate student performance and report to the coordinator, ensuring families are informed.
  • To maintain accurate student records and advise students through evidence-based practices.

About the Role:

This role requires someone with a Master's degree in Pedagogy or a related field. You will need to have at least 5 years of classroom experience, preferably in early years education. You should have a proven track record of improving student outcomes and engagement.
