Operations Director

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operations of our clinical trials in Latin America. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the timely delivery of clinical trials while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational leadership and oversight for Country and Site Operations across the LATAM region.
• Develop and implement specific operational strategies to optimize clinical trial delivery, operational performance, and resource allocation.
• Deliver proactive operational intelligence on regional regulatory and clinical trial environments.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials in the LATAM region, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years' experience in clinical development, with experience across multiple clinical operations disciplines.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM Clinical Trial environment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
