Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metris Technology Vice President to lead the development of our Metris platform globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating priorities with all Andritz Business Areas and Divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Metris Platform Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Metris platform, ensuring its adoption across all Andritz Business Areas.
  • Incorporate Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer insights through market research and intelligence to inform product strategy and drive growth.
  • Build Technology Roadmap: Develop a technology roadmap that aligns with business needs and execute it to drive innovation and growth.
  • Coordinate Strategic Partnerships: Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive automation and digitalization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Software Architecture: Proven experience in developing enterprise-level software architecture.
  • Digital Transformation: Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and their application in a business context.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies and their application in a software development context.
  • International Experience: Proven experience working in an international environment.
  • Advanced English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
