We are seeking an experienced Android Software Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and be excited about working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Android applications with scalability and maintainability in mind.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship new features and improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Kotlin and Java, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring that applications perform optimally across various Android devices and OS versions.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development tools, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 4+ years of experience building large, complex Android applications.
  2. Expertise in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  3. Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
  4. Familiarity with modern Android architecture patterns, such as MVVM, MVP, or MVI.
  5. Experience with Android frameworks, such as Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit, and RxJava.
  6. Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML data formats.
  7. Experience in implementing custom layouts and UI designs and optimizing UX for various screen sizes and resolutions.
  8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  9. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices.
  10. Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and test-driven development.
  11. Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
