About the Role
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects by identifying business needs, developing solutions, and implementing changes that drive value for our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, and operations, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology, product, and operations teams
* Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business value
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
* Analyze and resolve complex business problems using data-driven approaches and collaboration with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related field
