About this role

We are seeking a skilled professional to work as a Content Analyst, responsible for reviewing and classifying content in accordance with policies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in Danish and English, and has a passion for social media and digital content.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with policies.
  • Classifying the typology of the content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
  • Ensuring user and brand safety.
  • Providing services on a 24/7 shift rotation.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a native level of Danish and a good level of English, as well as be able to keep up to date with social media trends. You should also be politically fit, motivated, and committed in your work, with a strong interest in intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle. Additionally, you should be willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
