Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

Counsel plays a vital role in supporting the organization's mission and goals by providing expert legal advice. This includes analyzing complex legal issues, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to staff and management on various matters, including international law, corporate law, and contracts.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven track record of providing expert legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
