Project Manager - Middle East
Job Description:The role of Technical Engineer is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects. This involves managing a section of the build, overseeing design deliverables, and coordinating multidisciplinary data to mitigate potential constraints.
As a trusted partner to high-profile developments, we value innovation, operational excellence, and our people. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing Tender & IFC documents, 2D drawings, BIM models & asset data in accordance with ISO19650, and identifying and resolving conflicting design elements through RFIs, CVIs, and workshops.
- Reviewing and interpreting technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project execution plans and QA/QC protocols.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to review shop drawings and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Tracking drawing delivery schedules and supporting timely document submittals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Technical Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of design review processes and technical coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
