Healthcare Specialist, Sr. Role DescriptionThe Healthcare Specialist delivers specialized healthcare expertise across various operations, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to safeguard employee wellbeing while advancing business goals. This role champions preventative health policies and maintains exceptional clinical services throughout all facilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of multiple on-site clinics, ensuring efficient delivery of healthcare services across all company locations.
  • Develop and execute long-term health strategies aligned with company objectives and national healthcare priorities.
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing clinical governance, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Optimize clinical resources across multiple sites to ensure cost-effective healthcare delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Establish key performance indicators for clinic operations and regularly evaluate service quality.
  • Ensure timely discussions on employees' health results.
Skill Requirements:
  • Licensed healthcare professional (Physician, Nurse, or related field) with advanced certification in Occupational Health.
  • DOLE Accredited Safety Officer 3 certification.
  • Industrial Hygiene and Work Environment Measurement training.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in occupational health, with at least 5 years in manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience managing clinical operations across multiple sites.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and implementation processes.
