The role of Corporate Strategy Lead is a high-impact position that drives strategic planning, organizational design, and communication strategies to define priorities for CommOps LatAm. As a key member of the leadership team, you will craft and encourage a balanced organization design and ways of working, generate communication and people engagement strategies, and build deep relationships with stakeholders.
This position requires influencing key stakeholders to set and align strategic priorities in our matrix organization. You will help drive decisions, consensus, and lead all aspects of implementation.
- Define strategy and priorities for CommOps LatAm: Lead (and improve) the strategic planning process to ensure alignment between global, regional, local, and cross-functional teams
- Develop governance & accountability models for the leadership team to achieve goals.
- Establish Governance processes for CommOps LatAm:
- Lead PMO process by defining mandated and strategic portfolio, running resourcing planning exercise, defining project management tools, establishing processes to monitor strategic portfolio.
- Implement communication and employee engagement strategy and tools to improve employee satisfaction and manager qualities/perception of teams.
- Sponsor new way of working:
- Ensure clear roles and responsibilities by team to prevent duplication of work and ensure accountability for results and efficient decision making.
- Design, implement, and sponsor new way of working to improve cross-functional collaboration, work towards shared-goals, and become agile and flexible in assigning resources and prioritizing projects.
Success is measured by overall business results, alignment between teams, and efficiency of the leadership team in overcoming obstacles.
