Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence specialist to contribute to the development of innovative health features for wearable and mobile devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with expertise in Machine Learning techniques and fundamentals. They will be responsible for designing machine learning models, defining and executing experiments, performing evaluation, generating reports for stakeholders, and enabling technology deployment on Samsung devices and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in AI R&D projects to produce innovative technology for equipping devices and enabling new services;
- Designing machine learning models, defining and executing experiments, and performing evaluation;
- Contribution to strategy formulation by proposing innovative projects;
- Interaction with HQ for understanding and aligning AI strategies, technology roadmaps, and requirements;
- Collaboration with top-tier R&D groups (open innovation).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid formal education in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields;
- Solid knowledge and skills in Machine Learning techniques and fundamentals;
- Expertise in pattern recognition, signal processing, and reasoning;
- Expertise in classifier and regressor design;
- Solid skills in probability, statistics, experiment design, and evaluation;
- Experience working on artificial intelligence in big data environments;
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, or R.
