In this hybrid role, you will work both remotely and on-site to safeguard our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems, networks, and data are protected from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify and respond to potential threats in real-time.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, and threat detection.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
