Job Opportunity:
- Accompany families during funerals and conduct personalized ceremonies.
- Conduct interviews and research to ensure the ceremony is personalized and significant for the family.
- Facilitate Grief - provide a safe environment for the family to express emotions and start the grieving process.
- Organize and coordinate the practical details of the ceremony, such as event planning, music selection, and coordination with other professionals involved.
- Develop speeches and messages that celebrate the deceased's life in a respectful and meaningful way, providing comfort and hope to those present
- Have knowledge and respect for various religious beliefs and lifestyles, adapting to the specific needs of the family being served.
- Execute administrative activities at times without ceremonies.
Requirements:
- Experience in grief and/or ceremonies will be considered a differential.
- Creative writing skills
- Ability with computer technology
- Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect, providing a safe and welcoming environment for those who are facing the loss of a loved one.
- Effective communication
- Active listening ability
- Cultural sensitivity and respect
- Storytelling ability
- Diplomacy: Handling delicate situations and possible family conflicts with diplomacy and tact.

Location:

Schedule:
5 working days x 2 breaks - according to the schedule of the coordinator. Monday to Friday - from 08h12 to 18h00 - 1 hour lunch break.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position - CLT employment contract.
Remuneration:
R$ 2900,00 - R$ 2000,00 per month
