Are you a seasoned Machine Learning leader ready to spearhead innovation in personalization systems?
We are seeking an exceptional ML Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence and business impact.
- Lead a team of 3-5 ML engineers in designing and developing next-generation personalization systems.
- Architect complex ranking systems that integrate retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking stages.
- Develop and drive technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance model quality, system reliability, and development velocity.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model development and deployment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in ML engineering, with at least 2 years of leading technical teams.
- Deep expertise in large-scale personalization systems and modern ML architectures.
- Strong system design skills for ML infrastructure.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.
