Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned developer to spearhead the development of our comprehensive management platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and building scalable applications, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

The role demands experience with Python programming language, React, and State Management libraries like MobX and Redux. A deep understanding of MongoDB and MySQL databases is also essential. Message queues, particularly RabbitMQ, are crucial for building scalable systems. Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms is also a requirement. Ability to make informed architecture decisions and scale services to millions of users is key.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex Python application development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Write clean, efficient code and implement automation tests.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability.
  • Monitor application performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and drive continuous technological improvement processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience developing scalable applications using both frontend and backend technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python programming language.
  • 3+ years of experience with React, including State Management libraries like MobX and Redux.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL databases.
  • Deep expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ, for building scalable, message-driven systems.
  • Experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Ability to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions and choose the best option.
  • Experience scaling services to millions of users.
  • Understanding of web technology complexities, constraints, and UI/UX principles.
  • Startup mindset and proactive approach with ownership-driven attitude.
