  • Evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures, contributing to strategic planning and goal setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.

Working Environment: The job requires working in a production/manufacturing environment with occasional warehouse visits. The employee is expected to sit and talk or hear regularly, use hands to handle or feel frequently, and reach with hands and arms occasionally. Lifting up to 20 pounds may be required occasionally.
