Job Description

We are seeking a Product Innovation Strategist to lead the development and implementation of innovative products across various portfolios.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of product development, including profitability, growth, competitors' strategies, and initiative changes.
  • Take a leadership role in product development, assessing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop long- and short-term plans for product development, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Negotiate and set priorities to align product goals with overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement risk selection, pricing, and contract changes for products.
  • Develop and implement new products or product segments, leveraging market research and industry insights.
  • Secure funding and required resources, including senior management approval when necessary.
  • Manage analysis and research performed in product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Operations to plan system changes and develop requirements.
  • Develop product implementation procedures to ensure smooth change or rollout.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to cover evolving business needs.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
