We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Educator to join our team at TripleTen. As a Cybersecurity Educator, you will play a critical role in empowering individuals to master tech professions, with a focus on cybersecurity.

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective cybersecurity training programs for students with no prior tech experience.
• Utilize our AI Learning Assistant bot to support student learning and provide human expertise where needed.
• Communicate with students through text-based channels, addressing questions and providing guidance on program materials and exercises.
• Validate the answers of our AI Learning Assistant bot and report feedback on its performance.
• Collaborate with the team to identify students who require additional support and develop strategies to address their needs.

• 2+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of fundamentals, networking, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in standard cybersecurity tools, including Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, and SIEMs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable explanations.
• Patience and empathy when working with beginners in the field.
• Active participation in cybersecurity communities, with a strong understanding of community norms and best practices.

• Teaching or tutoring experience, either formally or informally.
• Familiarity with using Discord and other communication platforms.
• Experience learning cybersecurity skills in a non-traditional environment.
• Enthusiasm for helping us create a world-class learning environment for cybersecurity.
