Senior Account Manager

An Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and exploring new opportunities in their territory, leveraging the full potential of our Process Solutions portfolio. They report to a Process Solutions Sales Manager in Brazil and are responsible for managing sales activities across multiple states and customers in the Classical and/or BioPharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate sales activities in their territory to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a team member, providing commercial and technical expertise to support customer needs.
- Protect existing business and develop new opportunities, applying technical, market, and commercial knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Apply and control price policies, ensuring process assurance and alignment.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and improve networking between internal and external customers.
- Contribute to team motivation and satisfaction, aligning with corporate values.
- Act autonomously, based on knowledge and experience, to drive project success.
