Senior Product Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies for a metabolic business in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic marketing plans in Brazil, including disease state education, promotional messaging, and tactics to support patient identification, demand generation, retention, and reimbursement support.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant marketing practices.
- Partner with Medical Affairs Teams to maintain strong relationships with local and national key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the disease area.
- Work closely with regional sales managers to identify training opportunities, implement commercial tactics, and monitor their effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Manager in Specialties Areas (e.g., Immunology, Oncology, Hematology, Rare Diseases) in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Market analysis and product lifecycle management expertise.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Forecast and budget management experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Frequent travel and field focus.
