Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of data visualization solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse datasets in a scientific solutions, research, or public organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate within a highly cross-functional biotechnology data solutions team to deliver decision-enabling dashboards for R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to understand and implement effective data visualization solutions using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.
  3. Extract and source data from custom systems from third parties like TOTVS and from data warehouses.
  4. Follow Agile methodology to deliver reports and dashboards.
  5. Prepare documentation and conduct functionality tests.
  6. Communicate results, solutions, and vision clearly to stakeholders and managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • Over 2 years of experience working with diverse datasets in a scientific solutions, research, or public organization.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing dashboards with PowerBI or similar tools like Tableau.
  • Familiarity with database design and querying languages such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Experience with ERP systems like TOTVS, D365 F&O, Salesforce, etc.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and agility.
  • Strong ownership and ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
