Retail Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Provide positive and professional interactions with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising and displaying products effectively.
• Effectively promote the company's mission and values to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and participate in special events.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns to the Store Manager.

• No formal education required.
• Previous experience operating a point of sale system preferred.
• Ability to read, write, hear, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate necessary equipment.
• Present a neat appearance and possess basic knowledge of clothing sizes and gender-specific differences.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical Requirements: stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, lift up to 4 pounds, and push/pull racks weighing up to 20 pounds over distances of up to 100 feet.
