About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding our teams through agile practices and tools, ensuring that we deliver high-value projects efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Guide strategic cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools.
- Relentless focus on helping the team communicate, collaborate, and remove barriers.
- Connect agile values to our ways of working in tangible actions.
- Organize and facilitate all Scrum-related meetings.
- Work with the product owner and team to develop roadmaps and manage the backlog.
- Monitor the team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
- Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories.
- Coach product owners, other Scrum Masters, and individual team members in opportunities for improvement.
- Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization.
- Ensure the team reaches a position to sustain the learning, mindset, and practices.
- Co-create the agile standard for the business and socialize it as part of the overall change management plan.
- Train and coach more junior Scrum Masters.
- Train the organization on agile values, practices, and tools.
- Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams.
- Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to provide real-time insights into project metrics and performance.
- Ensure configuration and maintenance of Azure DevOps environments.
- Facilitate the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the Azure DevOps setup.
Key Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- 6+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams.
- 6+ years of Scrum Master active experience.
- 6+ years of experience influencing, engaging teams, and driving change.
- Current professional certification in Agile Methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Communication Skills.
- ADO experience.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
- Ability to work in a virtual team.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- High EQ.
- Experience working in SAFe practices.
- Experience as a software Release Train Engineer or Scrum of Scrums Master.
- Lean, continuous improvement/process improvement experience.
- Experience in a KCNA Strategic Insights & IRIS environment.
- Experience working with design thinking.
