Job Role Overview

As a skilled IT professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the setup and onboarding process. Your key responsibility will be to provide expert implementation support as needed, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary customer liaison during setup and onboarding
  • Provide hands-on implementation support
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation
  • Offer on-call support services
  • Collaborate with Agile Squads
Required Technical Expertise:
  • Automation of Unix systems for improved efficiency
  • Hardware and software installation and upgrades for optimal performance
  • Implementation and maintenance of Unix security patches
  • Performance analysis and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of LVM
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in data storage and hosting environments
  • Network infrastructure management expertise
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree preferred
