Marketing Coordinator

Our LATAM office is based in São Paulo, and we're a team with an entrepreneurial spirit driven by business agility and passion. We're looking for a talented Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing department.

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Team in daily administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, good verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

• Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative duties
• Assist in Marketing promotional activities online and offline
• Interface with external third-parties and service providers
• Communicate with Sales Team across Latin America
• Help organize Marketing events
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management system
• Help execute the communication strategy
• Help with the social media strategy and execution

• Must be current enrolled in a related BS (college/university) – Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related Field
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized profile
• Proactivity
• Fluency in English
• Spanish is a plus
