Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker. This role involves providing support and care to our Participants, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess the ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. They will also need to be able to complete a Criminal Background report and provide personal care services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
