As a key player in organizational risk management, this role demands expertise in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop audit plans and scopes by researching relevant business objectives, policies, regulations.
- Evaluate and analyze the design and operating effectiveness of controls in mitigating identified risks through audits and reviews.
- Lead audits for operational processes and controls across various areas such as talent intake, shared services operations, HR management, marketing & communication, finance, accounting & reporting, planning & control, non-financial reporting.
- Participate in and lead audit interviews, prepare audit workpapers and reports, and assist in drafting findings and recommendations based on identified control weaknesses or process improvements.
- Support implementation of corrective actions by management and ensure follow-up monitoring.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in risk and audit with a strong focus on international stakeholder management.
- A master's degree in business or economics with related accreditation (e.g., CPA/CA/CIA/ACCA).
- A strong independent mindset, agility, and flexibility in working style with passion for learning and development.
- Proficiency in Excel for risk and audit methodologies, tools, and internal control theories.
