  • Liderar a equipe financeira para garantir a eficiência operacional e a sustentabilidade financeira da empresa.
  • Analisar dados financeiros para fornecer insights estratégicos e contribuir para a tomada de decisão.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a diretoria financeira para garantir a integridade financeira e o cumprimento das metas organizacionais.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias financeiras que suportem o crescimento e a sustentabilidade da empresa.
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de caixa e garantir a saúde financeira da organização.
  • Garantir a conformidade com as normas e regulamentos financeiros.
  • Desenvolver e liderar uma equipe de profissionais, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alto desempenho.
  • Cordiornar relatórios financeiros e apresentações para investidores e stakeholders.
  • Implementar automações e melhorias de processos para aumentar a eficiência operacional.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência sólida em Contabilidade e Finanças.
  • Experiência com a gestão das áreas Fiscal e Contabilidade.
  • Experiência no segmento do varejo.
