Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Tess Projetos. As a key member of our Global Lab Organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and participating in test plans to ensure market regulation compliance;
  • Analyzing data to identify failure modes and proposing improvement actions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to discuss proposals, procedures, and plans;
  • Managing requests, services, and payments for internal and external processes;
  • Conducting visits to suppliers, customers, and certification bodies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to auditing and lean thinking projects, and participate in the development of new processes and procedures.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electronics, electromechanical, or mechatronics engineering, and relevant experience in lab testing. You should be proficient in Excel and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements
  • Technician or Technologist Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical background;
  • Relevant experience in lab testing;
  • Experience in adjacent disciplines such as manufacturing, research, and development;
  • Advanced user of Excel;
  • Ability to lead multiple continuous improvement projects simultaneously;
  • System knowledge and experience: Teamcenter, SharePoint, SAP, JMP, 6Sigma is an asset;
  • Experience with Powerpoint, along with good presentation and communication skills.
