Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with service providers to implement cost-effective fixed services for clients.
- Manage invoice processing, focusing on retrieval, data entry, and payment, utilizing both proprietary systems and third-party banking solutions.
Who You Are:
- You maintain a professional demeanor and are well-organized.
- You possess experience in interpreting billing data.
- You are friendly, self-motivated, and a natural problem solver.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and open to change.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- You own a fully-functional laptop with at least 8GB of RAM.
- You have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- You thrive in a remote work environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract position
This is a contract role. Benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, or 13th month pay are not included. You will work as an independent contractor with WiseHR Group and will be compensated hourly for your time.
Your schedule will consist of 40 hours per week, allowing you to choose your time off and holidays as desired. Payment can be made in US Dollars.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM CST
