Program Coordinator Position

As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online programs. We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to provide administrative support to our faculty members and students.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely and efficient administrative assistance to faculty members and students, including managing course schedules and maintaining records.
  • Student Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, handling inquiries, technical issues, and administrative requests.
  • Enrollment and Progress Monitoring: Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication Facilitation: Coordinate communication between faculty members and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Event Coordination: Organize events, seminars, and workshops to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Tutor Liaison: Collaborate with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (C1+), with other languages being an asset.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
