Job Title: Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing high-quality financial services to our clients. This includes recording journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and responding to queries. You will also provide support for internal and external audits.

About the Role:
  • You will work with local office service centers to provide accounting services in compliance with global policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with In-Market financial leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Record journal entries in SAP for assigned entities/regions according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, etc., and resolve reconciling items promptly.
  • Support period-end activities per financial close schedules and guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to In-Market queries and post accounting adjustments as required.
  • Assist with internal and external financial audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent certification; SAP experience is an asset.
  • Some experience in a relevant field, preferably in professional services firms or shared service centers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform all role responsibilities in fluent written and spoken English.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and general accounting principles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
