As a Data Engineering Analyst at Nexer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects and collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients across diverse industries. Your role will focus on understanding data needs, developing data-driven solutions, and ensuring that insights are delivered effectively to support business goals.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for data and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment, particularly within our Data, AI, and Governance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with teams and clients to assess data requirements and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
- Assisting in developing and implementing data solutions, including ETL flows and data architectures, using Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
- Translating business requirements into technical data models, ensuring the solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Creating interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring the successful adoption of BI solutions.
- Documenting technical processes and providing support for maintaining and improving data solutions.
