Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality home healthcare services to children and adults. As an LPN with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, delivering personalized care and support that is tailored to their unique needs.

As an LPN with Aveanna, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring patients' progress over time.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid LPN license in the state where you will be practicing
  • At least six months of experience as an LPN, preferably in home healthcare or a related field
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
